Designed and molded meticulously around your favorite everyday carry (EDC) fixed blade knife to ensure unparalleled form, protection, and function in the field or out in the world. Fabricated from .080 Kydex our Fixed Blade Sheaths are damn near indestructible and are backed by our gun holster’s same no-strings lifetime warranty!

-Due to the intricacies of molding a sheath to your exact knife and each blade needing a variable amount of materials and time to fabricate we require a picture submission of the blade you wish for us to create a custom Kydex sheath in order to give you an accurate follow up quote.

-Generally up to three inch blades cost on average $30.00, any sheaths for blades above three inches go for about $40.00+

-All Fixed Blade Sheaths will come with Malice clips unless otherwise requested ahead of placing order.

At Tap Rack Holsters, we stand behind our products 100%. The majority of our custom Kydex gun holsters are formed using .080 Kydex. Molding .080 Kydex may take longer to build and is much harder to work with than other materials, but the final product is a gun holster that is damn near indestructible as a result of the extra effort. Our custom Kydex gun holsters have the simplest warranty that we could come up with. If it breaks or wears out, we will replace it free of charge. We continuously test our products to ensure they will meet any demand!
